Updated Camp Schedule
Welcome to our camp! Below is the updated schedule for the next two and a half weeks, along with additional information about our sessions.
Camp Overview
Our sessions run every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bahai Information Center (behind the Law Office of Soheila Azizi & Assoc.). We are excited to serve the Rancho Cucamonga Junior Youth.
Curriculum
The curriculum is designed to:
Strengthen language skills and the power of expression
- Address topics around social issues
- Prepare young people to investigate physical, social, and spiritual realities in a scientific manner
- Include fun and creative activities with music, dance, and various forms of creative arts
Mentorship
Our mentors are selected students from the University of La Verne, trained based on the spiritual principles of the book "Releasing the Powers of Junior Youth."
Books and Practices
Throughout the eight-week program, we will be practicing and discussing the following books, along with Virtues Practices:
- Breezes of Confirmation
- Glimmerings of Hope
- Drawing on the Power of the Word
- Walking the Straight Path

- Discussions about justice and laws
- Tour of Soheila's Office
- Tour of the Courthouse in Rancho and visit to Judge Uhler’s courtroom (brief visit during the judge’s afternoon break around 3:00 PM)

- Leave at 2:00 PM to tour Dr. Nicole's Veterinary Clinic at 2:30 PM
- Snacks (no hot dogs, please!)

Wednesday, July 31st
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Field trip to visit the Science Library on the second floor of Paul Baine Library in Victoria Garden
- Celebration lunch or early dinner to acknowledge campers’ commitment and contribution
