OHS RFA for the Homeless Street Outreach and Engagement, Housing Navigation, Tenancy Supports, and Case Management Program

Important information to share on the newest updates regarding the homeless community in San Bernardino County.

Greetings,

The Office of Homeless Services is pleased to announce the release of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Homeless Street Outreach and Engagement, Housing Navigation, Tenancy Supports, and Case Management program.

The program (pilot project) consists of engaging County residents experiencing homelessness in outreach services, comprehensive case management, care coordination, housing access, and navigation services.

Please read the attached RFP and note the dates of importance:
